Eric MERMET is the CEO of International Nuclear Academy. He graduated a French international business school before helding various sales and management positions. He acquired an experience of more than 10 years in export sales mainly in Europe and Asia. Prior to this position, he managed a medium size company, world leader in cold forming industry.


Alain VALLEE
Scientific Director

Alain VALLEE is the Scientific Director of International Nuclear Academy. Prior to this position he dedicated his career to the development of nuclear energy; after the development of computer codes in safety analysis and core physics inside Framatome, the French Vendor of Nuclear Reactors (now, a part of AREVA), he took over, inside the same company, the responsibility of the design of the EPR and was finally nominated Senior Vice-President in charge of Technologies. In 2003, he moved to the CEA (the French Atomic Agency), in the Saclay Center, as managing Director of nuclear research and operation of nuclear reactors and facilities. He lately moved to the AFNI, the French governemental agency in charge of providing support and expertise to countries aiming to develop a nuclear program. He is now in charge of labeling the INA training sessions in order to provide high level of skills to top executives.


Anne-Sophie DEFAY

Anne-Sophie DEFAY is responsible of business development and fulfillment of client requirements. She postgraduated in international economics with a focus on risk management. Prior to joining International Nuclear Academy, Anne-sophie has gained experience working at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom where she specialised on Energy and Environment matters.
