	Tanguy CATHELAIN CEO tanguy.cathelain@inuclear-academy.com Tanguy CATHELAIN is the CEO of the International Nuclear Academy.Prior to this position, he held wide responsibilities in the Higher Education and Vocational Training sectors during the last twenty years, in France and in other countries.He has created more than twenty new engineering training institutions.He has led numerous peer reviews of academic institutions and was president of one of the oldest accreditation body of higher education programmes in the world.He has a PHD in Industrial Engineering from Ecole Centrale de Paris and an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
	Alain VALLEE Scientific Director alain.vallee@inuclear-academy.com Alain VALLEE is the Scientific Director of the International Nuclear Academy. Prior to this position, he dedicated his career to the development of nuclear energy; after the development of computer codes in safety analysis and core physics inside Framatome, the French Vendor of Nuclear Reactors (now, a part of AREVA), he took over, inside the same company, the responsibility of the design of the EPR and was finally nominated Senior Vice-President in charge of Technologies. In 2003, he moved to the CEA (the French Atomic Agency), in the Saclay Center, as managing Director of nuclear research and operation of nuclear reactors and facilities. He lately moved to the AFNI, the French governmental agency in charge of providing support and expertise to countries aiming to develop a nuclear program. He is now in charge of labeling the INA training sessions in order to provide high level of skills to top executives.
	Anne-Sophie DEFAY Business Development Officer annesophie.defay@inuclear-academy.com Anne-Sophie DEFAY is responsible for business development and fulfillment of client requirements.She postgraduated in international economics with a focus on risk management. Prior to joining the International Nuclear Academy, Anne-Sophie has gained experience working at the French Embassy in the United Kingdom where she specialised on Energy and Environment matters.
