Last 13th and 14th March 2012, the Burgundy Nuclear Partnership welcomed a delegation from Finland in order to strenghten cooperation between both supply chains.
The 2-day program included visits of 5 unique industrial sites located in Burgundy and BtoB meetings with local SMEs members of the PNB and also a training session on the French nuclear code RCC-M.
International Nuclear Academy was in charge of the courses aiming to facilitate reading of the French nuclear code on materials for the Finnish delegates members of FinNuclear cluster. Presentations introduced in particular a comparison with the American code from ASME B&PV and also gave the point of view of the EDF subsidiary acting for AFCEN (French society for design and construction and in-service inspection rules for nuclear islands).
